Resus Advisory is led by David Bollaert, a resilience and crisis management practitioner with more than 20 years of experience across Africa and the Middle East, including Director-level consulting roles with PwC and KPMG.

David has worked with organisations responsible for important public and private services, helping connect business priorities, governance, regulation, operations, technology and people. His experience includes resilience and continuity programmes, recovery planning, executive engagement, training and crisis exercises.

His style is calm, pragmatic and collaborative: understand the problem, bring people together, focus on what matters and stay close to delivery.
